Last weekend wasn't just an ordinary weekend, because the Thalys brought me to this amazing city called Köln.
I had been there for the first time last Christmas, to do some typical and very famous Christmas markets with my husband. But we were kind of disappointed because it was so crowded at that time.
But this time, I got to see Köln from a whole different point of view and it was amazing!
I started my trip at Brussel-Zuid, where I met up with some other bloggers from Belgium to take the Thalys.
We were getting very spoiled on board with breakfast, a little goodie and a trip overview.
After a lot of blogger-chit-chatting, we arrived in Paris, where some Parisian bloggers joined us for the trip to Köln.
It was very nice to meet up with bloggers from France and to exchange ideas with them!
Once we arrived in Köln, we had a guided tour through the city centre. My favorite stop was the one at the house of "Eau de Cologne" where we could try out their newest scents.
Enjoying some Q-time with Anouk from Anouk meets fashion and Julie from Bible of Fashion with a good glass of red wine and veggie pasta, YUM!
When you're doing a fashion festival, you just can't do it without going to a fashion show.
Of course, some of our Belgian designers were represented!
We got to see the newest designs by Doriane van Overdeem and Marius Janusauskas.
These were my favorite designs;
Time to go explore the city and shop till we drop!
The festival really gives a relaxed feeling! There's music everywhere, happy people drinking a beer outside, late night shopping,...
The store Boutique Belgique totally caught everyone's attention because of its cute decoration everywhere. They had these pink glitter fringes everywhere, hippie fonts on the window, a little caravan in front of the store with a photobooth inside (weird that these booths still do the trick haha!)
And I'm very happy to have met up with all these bloggers and got to know them a bit better!
