Ingredients:
- 1 bag of mixed vegetables: carrots, beans, corn,...
- 1 onion
- Soy sauce
- Kurkuma
- Oil
- Slice of 1cm ginger
- salt & pepper
- Spring roll sheets
Preparation:
- Cut the ginger into very tiny pieces
- Cut the onion into tiny pieces and bake together with the ginger
- Put your pan on a low temperature and add the mixed vegetables. Sprinkle with a bit of water and boil until everything's soft but still crusty
- Raise the temperature and add the soy sauce. Stir the mix for a while
- Now season with salt, pepper and kurkuma
- Put the spring roll sheets in warm water for 10 seconds, then they are ready to be filled
- Fill the spring roll sheets with the mix
- If you want, you can put the spring rolls in the oven at 180° for 10 minutes. This way they will be more crusty
