Ingredients:
- 175 gr. uncooked Quinoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 3 small apples
- 50 gr. raisins
- 50 gr. chopped Almonds
- 400 ml (unsweetened) Almond milk
- 2 spoons "Agave" syrup (only when you're using an unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 eggs
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven at 180° Celcius
- Rinse the quinoa well and leave it dripping till it's dry
- Now mix the Quinoa with the Cinnamon and the Nutmeg. Place it in an oven dish as one "layer"
- Add a second layer onto the Quinoa with your slices of apple, raisins and chopped Almond
- Mix your almond milk with the syrup and 2 eggs and pour it over your oven dish
- leave in the oven for 1 hour
