Ingredients:
Sauce:
- half a bundle coriander
- 1 red Chili pepper
- half clove garlic
- 3 spoons of crispy peanut butter
- some soy sauce
- piece of 2cm fesh ginger
- 2 limes
- little cabbages of salad (Delhaize)
Chicken:
- 4 chicken breasts of 180 gr
- liquid honey
Preparation:
Sauce:
- Put the coriander in the mixer together with the chili pepper, peeled garlic, 3 spoons of crispy peanut butter & your qoy sauce
- Cut the ginger, slice it very roughly and add it to your mix
- grate the peel of the 2 limes onto the mix and press all the juice out of the limes.
- Add some water and mix everything until it becomes a dough
- Season to your personal flavour
- Put half of the dough aside in a bowl and add some olive oil
Chicken:
- Put the chicken breasts on a plastic chopping board and cut them into cubes
- Make little cuts on the sides of the cubes, so the chicken will get a good crust
- Put the other half of the sauce in an oven dish and add the chicken satés. Turn them around so the sauce touches all of the meat
- Sprinkle some olive oil and salt over the satés, put them in the oven (under the grill) for 8-10 minutes on a temperature of 180 degrees Celcius
- Turn around the satés every once in a while and sprinkle some honey over them very last minute
- Put some salad in your bowl, add some sauce and chicken ET VOILA
