All you need is:
- a cup of muesli or crunch with chocolate or fruit (to add some extra sweet flavor)
- a cup of plain yoghurt
- a cup of fruit of choice (I picked kiwi)
- optional: some Goji berries (because they're just that healthy :) ) or some jam
- Take two cups you can fill with all the ingredients. Pick them well, make sure they are high enough or you will have trouble in the end haha!
- Slice your fruit into tiny parts.
- Start filling up your cups starting with the muesli/crunch, then the plain yoghurt. As topping you can use your jam, fruit and Goji berries.
