Basic spelt wheat recipe

You can eat this dish as a side dish to your main course, as a quick lunch or as a main course itself (if you mix it with vegetables of choice/meat)

Why choose to eat spelt?
- it is high in protein
- It has very high B vitamins
- It has a lot simple and complex carbohydrates
- It can lessen the occurance of migraine attacks
- It stimulates the body immune system
AND SO ON


Ingredients
- 70 gr spelt wheat
- olive oil
- salt
- herbes de provence

Preparation
- Cook the spelt wheat for about half an hour

- When it has absorbed all of the water, you can add the salt, herbes de provence and a good sprinkle of olive oil

That's all you need to do for the basic preparation. Afterwards, you can add grilled vegetables or chicken to make it a main course.
