3 ingredient coconut oil biscuits

Hi you guys!

I was scrolling through Pinterest this morning to find some recipes for healthy food and I bumped into this super easy recipe for coconut oil biscuits. 

As I had some health issues the last weeks, I really need to look for more healthy food and especially healthy snacks (as having a lot of snacks is my trouble).

And so I thought, why not start to try out some healthy snacks immediately! And so I did :) 
I will leave the honor to the person who blogged about this and leave you the URL for the recipe. 
In fact, all you need is the following 3 ingredients: 
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups baking powder


Yes, that's it!

Want to give the biscuits some extra taste? Use some (sugarfree) jam to keep it healthy or spread some Nutella on them (not that healthy but you know, YUM)
