I was scrolling through Pinterest this morning to find some recipes for healthy food and I bumped into this super easy recipe for coconut oil biscuits.
As I had some health issues the last weeks, I really need to look for more healthy food and especially healthy snacks (as having a lot of snacks is my trouble).

And so I thought, why not start to try out some healthy snacks immediately! And so I did :)

Want to give the biscuits some extra taste? Use some (sugarfree) jam to keep it healthy or spread some Nutella on them (not that healthy but you know, YUM)
